Sibugay and Siargao wetlands added to prestigious Ramsar list

The Philippines has added two more Wetlands of International Importance to its roster with the inclusion of the Sibugay Wetland Nature Reserve (SWNR) in Zamboanga Sibugay and the Del Carmen Mangrove Reserve (DCMR) in Siargao Island Protected Landscape and Seascape (SIPLAS).
