President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday said the government will turn to public-private partnerships (PPP) to help address the country’s classroom shortage, with the private sector set to build an initial more than 16,000 classrooms in Luzon.
With public schools across the Philippines still facing a classroom shortage, more than 230 TELUS Digital Philippines volunteers converged at R.G. Hechanova Memorial National High School in Iloilo to give students safer, brighter, and more tech-savvy learning environments.
