Marcos taps PPPs to help address classroom shortage nationwide
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday said the government will turn to public-private partnerships (PPP) to help address the country’s classroom shortage, with the private sector set to build an initial more than 16,000 classrooms in Luzon.
