SEC warns over 11,600 firms: Apply for ECIP or risk suspension of registration

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has given more than 11,600 corporations up to Dec. 31, 2024 to avail themselves of the Enhanced Compliance Incentive Plan (ECIP) and avoid suspension of their corporate registration.
