On Monday, Newport World said that the internationally acclaimed chef is set to debut his first restaurant in the Philippines, the Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill.
The partnership was officially announced by Ramsay and Tan after a recent meeting in Macao.
Tan said the collaboration strengthens Newport World Resorts' position as a leading integrated resort, especially in offering elevated dining experiences.
Located on the second floor of the Newport Grand Wing, the 400-square-meter bar and grill will be among the largest dining venues within the 25-hectare resort. With seating for up to 100 guests, the restaurant is poised to become a culinary destination for both locals and international travelers, given its strategic location near Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3.
While the full menu remains under wraps, the company said diners can expect signature British dishes, including Ramsay’s famed Beef Wellington, expertly grilled steaks, and fresh seafood.
The bar will feature a curated selection of premium wines, spirits, and hand-crafted cocktails, promising a comprehensive and luxurious dining experience.
This new venture marks Ramsay's first foray into the Philippine culinary scene, adding to his global portfolio.
