The Philippines stands out as one of Canva’s biggest markets, with one in five internet users already leveraging the platform. Local tour activities are tailored to inspire educators, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and creatives through hands-on training sessions and new product experiences.

“The Philippines is home to some of our most creative and connected communities in the world, and Canva has become a tool of choice for millions here. With the Canva World Tour, we’re investing back into our community, empowering Filipinos with future-ready design skills, sparking innovation, and helping them share their voices with the world,” Maisie Littaua, Canva’s country manager for the Philippines, said in a press release on Oct. 8, 2025.

Technology meets community

The tour integrates Canva’s latest Visual Suite and AI design tools, giving participants the chance to earn professional credentials, build real portfolios, and gain skills that align with the growing demand for visual-first communication in workplaces and classrooms.

As 90 percent of Gen Z workers say they do their best work visually, Canva aims to close the global design skills gap by blending learning, creativity, and community connection in one immersive experience. ---Ed: Vanessa Hidalgo
