From January to August 2025, Bossjob saw remarkable global adoption, generating over 1.7 million monthly chats between job seekers and employers. This surge underscores the effectiveness of its AI-driven, chat-first model that delivers faster and smarter talent matching.
“Our vision has always been to make hiring seamless for both talents and employers,” said Kiat How Quak, co-founder of Bossjob. “These milestones show that Bossjob is transforming how recruitment works across markets.”
Driving product innovation
At the heart of this momentum is BossAI, now fully integrated into the Employer Dashboard. The tool streamlines resume analysis, applies AI-powered suitability scoring, and introduces new collaboration tools like team notes — enabling sharper insights and faster hiring decisions.
Bossjob also enhanced its onboarding process, boosting resume completion rates to 86 percent through A/B testing. Upcoming improvements in user interface and content are set to make the experience even more intuitive for job seekers and more efficient for employers.
Philippine growth: A core driver
The Philippines remains a key growth engine for Bossjob. From January to August 2025, registered talents grew by 25 percent — from 4.16 million to 5.20 million — while employer accounts climbed from 67,000 to 81,000.
Collaborations with PESO Biñan, San Jose del Monte, Pasay, and schools such as Trimex Colleges, Philippine Women’s University, and Adamson University have deepened Bossjob’s reach. Recent partnerships with Gongcha Philippines Inc. and Fruitas Group Inc. further solidify its reputation as a platform of choice among leading employers.
Building the future of work
By bridging innovation and impact, Bossjob continues to build a future-ready ecosystem where technology, employers, and talents converge. Its sustained growth reflects not only business success but also its mission to empower job seekers and enable companies to thrive.
