Announced during NAS’s 5th founding anniversary on June 18, 2025, the five-story facility will cover 1,500 square meters and accommodate up to 400 student-athletes.

The project strengthens New Clark City’s role as a hub for world-class sports infrastructure while providing a supportive living environment for the country’s top young athletes.

The dormitory is part of broader infrastructure development at NAS, which currently houses 270 student-athletes. Construction is also underway for a new gymnasium and a dedicated gymnastics court.
