Asticom brings Workday HCM and ERP solutions to PH enterprises

Asticom Holding Co. Inc. has joined the Workday Partner Program, enabling Philippine organizations to access Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions through local implementation and support services.

The partnership expands Asticom's enterprise solutions portfolio and reinforces Globe Telecom's broader commitment to helping businesses accelerate digital transformation through innovative technologies and strategic partnerships.

As part of the agreement, Asticom's IT-BPO arm, Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), will serve as the implementing arm for Workday solutions in the Philippines. 

ABSI will leverage its expertise in enterprise technology, systems integration, and digital transformation services to help organizations modernize workforce and financial management processes.

Asticom president and CEO Mharicar Castillo-Reyes said in a company statement the collaboration strengthens the company's ability to provide businesses with world-class solutions that support growth and operational excellence.

Workday serves more than 11,500 customers globally across industries such as financial services, retail, manufacturing, technology, transportation, and energy.

Its cloud-based platform integrates artificial intelligence and automation capabilities designed to streamline business processes and improve organizational performance.

Workday Human Capital Management enables organizations to automate routine HR functions, gain deeper workforce insights, and support data-driven decisions throughout the employee lifecycle. 

The platform covers employee experience, talent acquisition, workflow automation, and workforce planning.

By incorporating AI-powered tools into HR and finance operations, organizations can strengthen compliance, improve hiring processes, enhance employee retention, and increase overall productivity.

Workday general manager for ASEAN Jess O'Reilly said in the same statement the partnership will help local enterprises gain access to intelligent technologies needed to compete in an increasingly digital economy.
