The AirAsia Group has been named the top low cost carrier in Asia for 2024 by AirlineRatings.com.
Launched in 2001 with just two planes, AirAsia has grown significantly over two decades, with airline business units outside of its home base in Malaysia in Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Cambodia.
“We owe it to our Allstars for always going the extra mile for our guests. This win is a humble reminder to never rest on our laurels and continue to innovate the products and services to best suit the Filipino market,” AirAsia Philippines CEO Ricky Isla said in a statement on Wednesday.
