Stratworks, a leading reputation management agency, closed the first quarter of 2026 with a surge in new client wins, underscoring a period of strong momentum driven by high-impact campaigns across industries.

The agency recently led visibility efforts for the country’s first-ever WTA Philippine Women’s Open, a milestone event for local sports.

Through an integrated digital newsroom and real-time social media operations, Stratworks amplified national engagement around the tournament, capitalizing on Filipina tennis standout Alex Eala’s strong performance and career-high global ranking.

Boosting credibility

The campaign helped elevate the Philippines’ credibility as an international sports host and marked its formal entry into the global Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) circuit.

“What we appreciated most was Stratworks’ willingness to adapt to the unexpected challenges before and during the first-ever WTA Philippine Women’s Open tournament,” Tonette Mendoza, executive director of the Philippine Tennis Association (PhilTA), said in a statement.

“They helped us keep the energy of the event alive and bring that experience to more fans,” Mendoza said.

Fan engagement

To sustain audience interest beyond match play, Stratworks introduced an interactive Fan Zone that served as a high-energy hub throughout the tournament.

The space featured brand activations, exclusive merchandise, and intimate meet-and-greet sessions with players, including Eala.

The Fan Zone also played a critical role during weather-related disruptions, ensuring fan engagement remained strong even when matches were paused.

By turning downtime into an immersive experience, the initiative reinforced community connection and extended the reach of the event beyond the court.

Broad expansion

Beyond sports, Stratworks expanded its client roster across sectors, adding Bosch Philippines, ING Hubs Philippines, iCare, AXON, and Hive Modular—companies navigating key phases of growth and transformation.

For Bosch, the agency is leading communications for its centennial in the Philippines, focusing on future-facing innovation rather than legacy alone.

Meanwhile, Stratworks is supporting ING Hubs Philippines—the largest of ING’s global hubs—in articulating its role as a high-performing center aligned with global standards.

Healthcare provider iCare, one of the fastest-growing brands in the HMO space, is working with Stratworks to refine its communication strategy during a critical expansion phase, emphasizing transparency and reliability.

In real estate, the agency is collaborating with AXON and Hive Modular, emerging developers in sustainable and modular housing, to sharpen their positioning in a competitive market.

Public relations, digital storytelling

Across these engagements, Stratworks continues to integrate public relations, digital storytelling, influencer engagement, and real-time monitoring to help clients translate key milestones into sustained reputation gains.

“Closing out Q1 with these significant wins proves that our approach to 'Brand Love' is more resonant than ever in 2026,” said Donna Nievera Conda, president and Co-CEO of Stratworks.

“We aren't just managing reputations; we are building cultural relevance. Every partnership is a commitment to redefine how brands engage with a more discerning audience."

Managing director Mark Christian Parlade underscored the measurable impact of reputation-building efforts.

Grand Anvil

“Reputation is not an abstract concept—it is a tangible asset built through every positive interaction in the real world and in the digital sphere,” Parlade said.

“We believe that to protect a reputation, you must first aim for the heart. Our role is to ensure that every strategy we execute is as sincere and ambitious as the brands we represent, turning every message into a lasting human connection.”

The agency’s recent momentum builds on its track record of award-winning work. Stratworks was honored with the Grand Anvil—the highest recognition in Philippine public relations—for its campaign with the Jollibee Group, reinforcing its standing in the industry. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
