APECO eyes joint management deal with indigenous communities
The Aurora Pacific Economic Zone and Freeport Authority (APECO) is pursuing a joint management agreement (JMA) with indigenous peoples (IPs) in its jurisdiction, patterned after the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority’s partnership model with the Aeta community.
