“Hello, Love, Again” sets new records, surpasses P1.4B globally

“Hello, Love, Again” has rewritten history, raking in over P1.4 billion at the global box office—a figure 50 percent higher than the previous record set by “Rewind.”

Now the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time, it is being shown in 700 cinemas worldwide.

Locally, it achieved an unprecedented milestone as the first Filipino movie to earn over P1 billion in the domestic box office. 

Middle East success

Internationally, it brought in an additional $7 million, with $1.4 million earned in its first week in the Middle East alone. 

The movie also posted the highest opening weekend gross for a Filipino film in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.

ABS-CBN, GMA venture

Directed by Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the film is a landmark collaboration between ABS-CBN’s Star Cinema and GMA Pictures. 

Lead stars Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards also thanked their fans worldwide for their overwhelming support.
