Filinvest said Studio N is currently available with low monthly amortization starting at P15,000 under a limited-time offer. The developer added that the project is its last studio condominium offering within Filinvest City and that buyers still have an opportunity to secure preselling rates before the development transitions to ready-for-occupancy status.
