Marianita N. Domingo has resigned as chief operating officer of tycoon Manuel Villar Jr.’s AllHome Corp. after 14 months, citing personal reasons.
The board accepted her resignation during a special meeting on May 27 and appointed
company director and treasurer Frances Rosalie T. Coloma as her replacement, a stock exchange filing on Tuesday showed.
Domingo, former COO at GetAll Corp. and a senior vice president at Lazada e-Services, was elected COO of AllHome in March 2023.
In the same meeting, the board also accepted the resignation of Joselito A. Rivamonte as chief audit executive, electing Vanessa L. Bauzon-Crisol to fill the position.
Rivamonte will transfer to another company within the Villar Group, the disclosure showed.
AllHome, a construction materials retailer, saw profits drop 14.6 percent as revenues slumped about 4 percent in 2023.
