COO of Villar’s AllHome resigns after 14 months

Marianita N. Domingo has resigned as chief operating officer of tycoon Manuel Villar Jr.’s AllHome Corp. after 14 months, citing personal reasons. 

The board accepted her resignation during a special meeting on May 27 and appointed 

company director and treasurer Frances Rosalie T. Coloma as her replacement, a stock exchange filing on Tuesday showed. 

Domingo, former COO at GetAll Corp. and a senior vice president at Lazada e-Services, was elected COO of AllHome in March 2023.

In the same meeting, the board also accepted the resignation of Joselito A. Rivamonte as chief audit executive, electing Vanessa L. Bauzon-Crisol to fill the position.

Rivamonte will transfer to another company within the Villar Group, the disclosure showed. 

AllHome, a construction materials retailer, saw profits drop 14.6 percent as revenues slumped about 4 percent in 2023.
