The budget carrier said Manila-Dubai-Manila flights will resume on July 2 after safety assessments and coordination with Dubai airport authorities.
Cebu Pacific will initially operate the route four times weekly every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday under flights 5J 14/15 and 5J 18/19.
The move signals easing operational risks in parts of the Gulf after airlines were forced to reassess routes and schedules amid regional security concerns and volatile airspace conditions.
Passengers affected by canceled Dubai flights may now begin rebooking through Cebu Pacific’s online portal, while the airline continues operating four weekly flights between Manila and Riyadh.
Cebu Pacific said it remains closely focused on passenger and crew safety as it continues monitoring developments across the region.
