The ISO seal affirms BCDA’s consistent compliance with international standards of quality management, covering the provision of conversion and development services, real estate management, and engineering of assets under its jurisdiction.
TÜV Rheinland, the international certification body, conducted the latest surveillance audit and found BCDA’s management system to be “effective” and fully compliant with ISO standards.
This follows the Authority’s recertification in September 2023, valid until September 2026, ensuring continuous oversight and adherence to excellence in service delivery.
Commitment to governance and service
“This achievement reflects BCDA’s unwavering commitment to uphold excellence, integrity, and accountability in the delivery of its mandate. Maintaining this certification is a show of our effort to comply with the highest standards of governance and public service as we build smart, sustainable and future-ready communities for the Filipino people,” BCDA President and CEO Joshua M. Bingcang said in a press release on Oct. 22, 2025.
Bingcang also extended gratitude to the organization’s internal quality auditors for their “continuous guidance and vigilance” in maintaining the agency’s systems.

As BCDA prepares for its next recertification in 2026, it remains focused on refining systems and processes that promote transparency, accountability, and innovation.
