  • BCDA secures ISO 9001:2015 certification for 12th year
  • TÜV Rheinland audit confirms full compliance with quality standards
  • BCDA vows continued adherence ahead of 2026 recertification

The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) has once again proven its commitment to global standards of quality as it maintained its ISO 9001:2015 certification for the 12th consecutive year.

The ISO seal affirms BCDA’s consistent compliance with international standards of quality management, covering the provision of conversion and development services, real estate management, and engineering of assets under its jurisdiction.

TÜV Rheinland, the international certification body, conducted the latest surveillance audit and found BCDA’s management system to be “effective” and fully compliant with ISO standards.

This follows the Authority’s recertification in September 2023, valid until September 2026, ensuring continuous oversight and adherence to excellence in service delivery.

Maintaining this certification is a show of our effort to comply with the highest standards of governance and public service as we build smart, sustainable and future-ready communities for the Filipino people,” BCDA President and CEO  Joshua M. Bingcang said in a press release on Oct. 22, 2025.

Bingcang also extended gratitude to the organization’s internal quality auditors for their “continuous guidance and vigilance” in maintaining the agency’s systems.
