Ayala Group shines at 2025 Stevie Awards with 6 gold wins for innovation

The Ayala Group earned top honors at the 2025 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, bringing home six Gold awards for its purpose-driven innovation that delivers tangible impact to Filipino communities and customers. The awards were presented on May 13 in Seoul, South Korea.

Recognized for initiatives ranging from inclusive finance to sustainable digital infrastructure, the Ayala Group’s triumphs highlight its commitment to creating long-term value through meaningful innovation.

Among this year’s gold winners:

  • Achievement in Finance – Ayala Land & Makati Development Corp.:

    KaAgaPay Vendor Financing Program provides small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with fast, collateral-free access to capital using the Ayala Group’s automated systems. With reduced charges and lower risks, KaAgaPay—rooted in the Filipino word for “companion”—empowers local entrepreneurs.

  • Innovation in Non-Profit Publications – Ayala Foundation Inc.:

    THRIVE: Stories from the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program is a collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development. The publication shares transformative stories from 4Ps beneficiaries to inspire continued support and policy development.

  • Excellence in Financial Innovation – BPI:

    “May BPI Dito!” revolutionized financial inclusion by bringing banking closer to underserved communities. Through partnerships with local stores and barangays, the campaign added 200,000 new customers in its first year—proof of its strong outreach and impact.

  •  Innovation in Public Service Communications – Ayala Corp.:

    Saludo sa Serbisyo uplifts the lives of uniformed personnel and their families by giving them access to Ayala Group products and services, including housing, auto loans, wellness programs, training, and employment support for retired officers.

  •  Innovation in Sustainability – STT GDC Philippines:

    Awarded for Leading the Future of Sustainable Digital Infrastructure, STT GDC’s eco-friendly data centers use 100 percent renewable energy, electric vehicles, and energy-efficient technologies, advancing the Philippines’ data center industry while reducing environmental impact.

  • Innovative HR Executive of the Year – BPI’s Maria Virginia Eala:

         BPI’s chief human resources officer was recognized for her transformational leadership in employee engagement and wellness, which directly contributed to enhanced customer service and stronger financial results.
