WorkAbroad.ph, a sister company of Jobstreet by SEEK, has partnered with 2GO Travel to launch the “Enrollment to Employment” (E2E) Program, a pioneering initiative that aims to connect students in maritime, logistics, and cruise-line hospitality with global job opportunities.

The E2E Program sets out to empower 100,000 students by 2026 through hands-on training and real-world immersion.

Through the program, students will take on meaningful roles aboard 2GO vessels and in terminal operations, learning directly from industry professionals. They will gain practical skills in shipboard hospitality and port-side logistics, culminating in performance-based evaluations and certifications that strengthen their credentials in the competitive global job market.

The initiative also features a Career Readiness Caravan, equipping students with vital employability skills such as resume writing and interview coaching. All job placements are vetted through Department of Migrant Workers (DMW)-licensed agencies, ensuring ethical and legal overseas employment.

The E2E Program doesn’t just train students—it helps update academic curricula, expand access to industry training, and support students in managing career-related stress. By combining real-world exposure with mentorship and structured job matching, the initiative transforms maritime and tourism careers into future-ready pathways.

“We are proud to support initiatives like the E2E program, which reflect our commitment to closing the education-to-employment gap,” said Dannah Majarocon, managing director of Jobstreet by SEEK Philippines. “At SEEK, we believe every student deserves a fair chance at meaningful employment.”
