“Congratulations to Robinsons Offices for setting a new benchmark in sustainable office developments,” said GBCI associate director Rohith Ravula. “GBF Centers 1 and 2 represent a strong commitment to environmental excellence and innovation.”

LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is a globally recognized benchmark for sustainability, evaluating buildings on energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor air quality, eco-friendly materials, and green transportation options.

Driving sustainability and innovation

This milestone aligns with Robinsons Land Corp.’s (RLC) broader environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments, reinforcing its mission to create sustainable and energy-efficient spaces.

Located within Bridgetowne Destination Estate, GBF Centers 1 and 2 join RLC’s impressive portfolio of LEED-certified buildings, including Tera Tower (Gold), Exxa Tower (Silver), Zeta Tower (Silver), and Giga Tower (Gold). Beyond Metro Manila, Cybergate Iloilo Tower 1 and Tower 2 have also been certified, with Tower 3 currently undergoing evaluation.

These twin office towers feature flexible floor plates averaging 2,500 sqm, providing ample space for business growth. Their sustainable design integrates advanced water-saving technologies that significantly reduce water consumption, while high-quality air filtration systems ensure superior indoor air quality.

Energy-efficient double-glazed windows naturally keep interiors cooler, minimizing the need for excessive air conditioning and lowering electricity costs.

A sustainable and employee-centric workplace

GBF Centers 1 and 2 go beyond functionality by incorporating a landscaped podium garden, offering employees a refreshing outdoor retreat to recharge and mitigate the urban heat island effect.

Additionally, touch-free technologies, including contactless elevator access, enhance workplace safety and convenience.
