Robinsons Hotels brings 10 brands, 30 properties for travel fair

Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), the hospitality arm of Robinsons Land Corp., is bringing together its 10 hotel brands and travel industry partners for a three-day fair aimed at encouraging domestic tourism and making travel planning more accessible to Filipino consumers.

The company's first Robinsons Hotels and Resorts Travel Fair will be held from Oct. 16 to 18, 2026, at the Main Atrium of Robinsons Galleria, featuring accommodation packages, airline offers and travel-related services.

The event comes as hospitality operators seek to attract travelers looking for affordable accommodations, convenient booking options and experiences beyond established tourist destinations.

RHR operates 30 properties across 20 cities and municipalities nationwide, covering accommodations ranging from luxury and upscale hotels to full-service and budget-oriented establishments.

Under the theme “Reasons to Travel,” the fair will feature NUSTAR Cebu, Fili at NUSTAR Cebu, Grand Summit General Santos, Summit Hotels and Resorts, Go Hotels and Go Hotels Plus.

International hotel brands participating include Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Holiday Inn & Suites Manila Galleria, The Westin Manila and Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu.

The event will also bring together Cebu Pacific, GoTyme Bank, Go Rewards and UnionBank, providing travelers with access to airline bookings, banking privileges and loyalty programs.

Visitors can explore discounted room and dining vouchers, special airline fares and packages for weddings, meetings and corporate events.

UnionBank cardholders will receive additional privileges, while Go Rewards members can take advantage of a promotion allowing redemption at 50 percent fewer points than normally required.

Domestic tourism

In a statement, Robinsons Hotels and Resorts senior vice president and business unit GM Barun Jolly said the initiative seeks to encourage Filipinos to explore destinations beyond traditional tourism centers.

“This Travel Fair is designed not only to offer great value but also to inspire more Filipinos to explore the country,” Jolly said.

He cited destinations such as Iligan's waterfalls, Tacloban's surfing areas, Kalanggaman Island's sandbars and Callao Cave in Cagayan as examples of attractions travelers could discover.

“Through our portfolio of hotels, we hope to encourage travelers to discover new places and experience more of what the country has to offer,” he said.

Jolly added that integrating accommodation, airline services, banking and loyalty rewards would help simplify travel planning.

Beyond accommodations

The fair will also showcase culinary offerings from participating hotels, including pastries and baked specialties from Café Summit, The Westin Manila and Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria.

R Coffee, the hospitality group's signature coffee brand, will also be featured.

“Food is an important part of every travel experience, and the Travel Fair gives guests a taste of the culinary offerings they can look forward to across our hotels,” Jolly said.

A dedicated Events section will highlight ballrooms, function rooms and other venues available for weddings, corporate gatherings and social celebrations.

Visitors can compare event spaces across participating hotel brands and explore packages offered during the fair.

The initiative reflects RHR's strategy of leveraging its diversified hospitality portfolio and partnerships to reach travelers across different market segments.

By combining travel services, accommodation options and event facilities in one venue, the company aims to attract leisure travelers, business customers and event organizers planning upcoming trips and gatherings. —Ed: Corrie S. Narisma
