With an approved budget for the contract (ABC) of P38,623,377.19, the project involves the construction of a ready-for-fit-out commercial building within the APECO Corporate Campus in Sitio Motyong, Barangay Esteves, Casiguran, Aurora.
The planned facility is designed to accelerate business setup timelines by providing investors with structurally completed spaces ready for interior customization, the ecozone said in a press statement.Once operational, it said, the building is expected to enhance APECO’s attractiveness to prospective enterprises seeking to establish operations in the ecozone.
Completion of the project is targeted within 300 calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
Investor-ready environment
“The construction of our ready-for-fit-out office units reflects APECO’s commitment to creating a business environment where investors can immediately establish and grow their operations,” said Gene Angel P. Ferrer, APECO business development and marketing manager and chair of the bids and awards committee (BAC).
“By providing modern, accessible spaces within APECO, we are strengthening our ability to attract new enterprises, generate employment, and stimulate sustained economic activity for Aurora and the surrounding region,” Ferrer added.
Bidding schedule
Interested bidders may acquire the complete set of Bidding Documents from February 13 to March 10, 2026, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of P25,000.
Documents may also be downloaded from the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and APECO websites, subject to payment prior to bid submission.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Feb. 26, 2026 at 1 p.m. in hybrid format at the APECO main office in Casiguran, its satellite office in Aseana City, Parañaque, and via Zoom video conferencing.
Bidders have to submit their offers on or before March 10, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Bids will be opened at 1 p.m. on the same day.
Other projects
Apart from the RFFO project, APECO is also seeking bidders for the P40.42-million Sewage Treatment Plant Phase 2 and the P8-million supply, delivery, and installation of two 62kVA generator sets.
